Invitations are open to take part in the PRSB Social Prescribing Information Standard Survey. There is a 3 minute introductory video embedded within the survey, which will help explain the reasons for developing the Social Prescribing Information Standard. We fully recommend watching the video before completing the survey Click here to take part in the survey

The survey is required to help us define what information needs to be recorded to support social prescribing (when health professionals refer, or people self-refer for support in the community, in order to improve their health and wellbeing).

The PRSB are a not for profit community interest company that works with people, health and care professionals and system suppliers to define what information needs to be recorded and shared for good care. This standard has been commissioned by NHS England and Improvement and we have been working with a person with lived experience, a social prescriber and a GP closely to steer the standard throughout the project and have had consultation workshops and focus groups.

To develop the social prescribing standard further, we are consulting across the UK, via the survey,  We need to ensure the Standard includes the information a social prescriber/link worker (or other roles performing this work) would want to record, what people want and consider appropriate to share and understand the information a GP and any other referrer would want to receive back.

The survey, which should take no longer than 8 minutes to complete, will run for 4 weeks (closing on 26th Nov 2021)
