The SEL STP workforce team have ring-fenced funding for Primary Care Mangers (including practice managers) to undertake a Level 7 Diploma in Primary Care Management with the aid of a Bursary.

Expressions of interest which meet the required criteria are invited.

A qualification would help to develop an individual’s expertise to lead and support the transformation of primary care and their networks as set out in the NJS Long Term Plan and new GP contract.

This is for people who are already managing in primary care or have ambitions to do so and will be responsible for creating and running primary care provision at scale.

If you are looking to enhance and further develop your competencies this may be the opportunity for you! The bursary offer gives you the opportunity to choose one of two course providers. It can be completed online and in the workplace over a 12-month period (extensions may be considered)

The PMA’s (Practice Manager’s Association) Level 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management

The NAPC (National Association of Primary Care) Diploma in Advanced Primary Care Management
