We offer urgent blood tests for patients who require a blood test, have been given a blood form and are able to attend The GP Extended Access Service on the ground floor of the main entrance building, in the yellow zone at University Hospital Lewisham, Lewisham High Street, London, SE13 6LH.

There is no longer a shielding phlebotomy service, however we continue to offer urgent bloods through GPEA slots, these are simply booked directly into slots by practice staff and no template required for this. However, we ask that patients bring blood forms with them to the appointment.

If the patient is housebound please refer to the district nurse team through your practice.
