The King’s Health Partners annual conference took place (virtually) on the 13 and 14 October.

On the 14th October, as part of a showcase of local projects being run in South East London, OHL’s Dr. Mehrotra and Dr Bottoni were invited to deliver a presentation about the SIB funded ‘Zero HIV’ project and share our lessons learnt and challenges.

The presentation was delivered as part of the workshop: ‘Population Health, Addressing Inequalities and Value Based Care’.

The workshop focused on what outcomes mean in population and community health, especially across the health risk factor of the ‘Vital 5’ (Hypertension, weight, smoking, drinking and mental health) and how an integrated care system can be utilised to build a programme that addresses health inequalities.
