Supporting the Mental Health of residents in Lewisham
If you live in Lewisham and are having issues related to how you are feeling or thinking, or difficulties due to life events or circumstances, then the Lewisham Psychological Support Service could help support you with whatever you are going through.


The service runs alongside other psychological services, such as the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme, and can provide you with support for issues such as low mood, anxiety, sleep problems, stress, workplace issues, loneliness, relationship difficulties, grief (to name only a few). The support is available in a number of different formats and approaches so that it fits into your life and your needs.

Sleepstation – for insomnia and sleep problems – accessed digitally
Daylight – for anxiety and worry issues – accessed digitally
Counselling Hub for One-to-One Signposting – accessed by telephone or online
Counselling Hub or The Advice Centre for One-to-One Counselling – arranged via telephone or online
