The OHL PCN Social Prescribing Team will be at the Ignition Brewery and Taproom, 44a Sydenham Road, SE26 5QX between 10am- 4pm
Pop along any time and chat with them and service users, as well as participate in a range of activities
What have they got lined up?
– 10am-12pm, 2-4pm: Find out what Social Prescribing is and how it may benefit you with Speed Social Prescribing sessions between.
– 1pm-2pm: Meet with Dr Williams for a discussion on Cancer Awareness
– 2-3.30pm: Meet with Joan for the Queens Weight Management Project demonstration
– 3.30pm: the Social Salsa event
– 4-6pm: Finally, enjoy speaking with staff and other service users with an after event social
